We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- Original packaging and tags must be included.
- Items with wear, stains or strong odors cannot be accepted.
- Final-sale items and items discounted by 30% or more are not returnable.
Change-of-mind returns
For a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please email us before sending anything so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Quality or incorrect item
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos or video. We will cover the return shipping and arrange a full refund or exchange.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled within 1 hour may receive a full refund. After 1 hour and before dispatch, requests are reviewed case by case. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
